Directions

Step 1: Pure Grinding Cleansing Balm

Use the built-in grinding mechanism (press or twist, per packaging design) to dispense a small amount of balm.
Apply to dry skin, massaging in circular motions to break down makeup, sunscreen and excess sebum.
Add a little water to emulsify — it will turn milky or silky — and continue massaging.
Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
(Optional) Follow with a gentle second cleanser if desired (especially after heavy makeup or SPF).
Pat skin dry with a clean towel.

Step 2: 345 Relief Cream

After cleansing, apply toner, essence or other lightweight treatments if you use them.
Dispense an appropriate amount of the 345 Relief Cream (about a pea to dime-sized amount, depending on your skin area).
Gently spread and pat into your skin, focusing on areas needing repair, redness, or post-acne marks.
Use this cream as the final or semi-final step in your routine (before sunscreen in the morning).
